Server rules
Fair play, respect and secure accounts. These rules apply in the game and on official Lorain channels.

Hacks, external bots, macros and modifications giving an advantage are prohibited. Features built into the official Lorain client are allowed.
Bugs and exploitation
Report bugs privately to support; do not exploit them or spread instructions. Item duplication, protocol manipulation and attacks on services are prohibited.
Accounts and security
Protect your password and registration email; staff never ask for your password. Extra accounts must not bypass sanctions or event, farming and referral limits.
Respect and privacy
Threats, harassment, hate speech and publishing other people’s personal information are prohibited, including in private messages.
Chat and names
No spam, advertisements for other servers or fraudulent links. Do not use offensive names or impersonate staff.
Trading
Trade fairly through game mechanics. Scams and offers to sell accounts, items or currency for real money outside official Lorain systems are prohibited.
PvP and events
Normal PvP is part of the game. Do not deliberately block NPCs or entrances, disrupt organised events or ignore their published conditions.
Sanctions and appeals
Severity and repetition determine warnings, chat restrictions, temporary or permanent bans and removal of illicit gains. Serious violations may be punished without warning; contact support to appeal.
Reports and appeals
Include the character name, event time and original screenshots or video. Never send your password. Contact support for reports and appeals.
